the acquisition of SIGébène
The Lindera Group – a renowned French manufacturer and designer – today announces the acquisition of SIGébène, an “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (“living heritage company” certified), located in Nogent-le-Roi (Eure-et-Loir department). For nearly 40 years it has specialized in contemporary cabinetry for interior design, serving a prestigious clientele of private individuals. This acquisition is aligned with Lindera’s strategy to strengthen its Lindera Signature range in the luxury and ultra-luxury segment.
Founded in 1983 by Grégoire Milojevitch and now employing 60 people, SIGébène designs and creates contemporary interior spaces. Recognized for its project engineering services, attention to detail and its finishing expertise, the company has risen to the best levels of fine cabinetry by meeting the demands of national and international clients.
SIGébène joins the Luxury segment of the Lindera Group, Lindera Signature comprising Technics d’Agencement, La Manufacture and Ateliers Muquet. It expands the offering dedicated to high‑end markets, encompassing luxury boutiques, hotels, prestigious restaurants and exceptional private residences.
The integration of SIGébène opens up commercial prospects in line with the ambitions of the Lindera Group.
